The total sales remained impressive, hitting USD 3 billion (approximately RM141 billion).
This remarkable feat of maintaining sales during economic uncertainty can be credited to IQI’s strong technological foundation.
2. Unlocking 4 New Countries
IQI’s global reach expanded significantly in 2023! IQI entered 4 new countries and opened 5 offices in total.
These include IQI Japan, IQI Karachi & IQI Lahore in Pakistan, IQI Hanoi in Vietnam, and IQI Brunei.
Back home in Malaysia, the growth continued with 11 new offices in Penang, Taiping, Sungai Petani, Kajang, Bandar Baru Bangi, Kota Bharu, Johor and more.
3. Total Real Estate Agents Increase by 43%
IQI’s agent force surged in 2023!
IQI welcomed over 10,000 new agents, shattering previous records and reaching over 43,000 – a whopping 43% increase year-over-year!
4. IQI Welcomes 2 New Agencies Group
In addition to the newly joined agents, IQI has announced a strategic team expansion through mergers with two established players, HGP Group and AG Group.
The merger with HGP Group will see their team seamlessly integrated into IQI United, a powerful existing arm of IQI.
AG Group will establish a brand-new entity within IQI’s umbrella, the IQI AG Team.
5. Daily Commission Payouts Up to USD260,000
The growth of IQI’s real estate agent network goes hand-in-hand with a significant increase in commission payouts for the agents.
In 2023 alone, IQI distributed a staggering USD260,000 (approximately RM1.22 million) in daily commissions to the IQI Warriors.

IQI marked a significant milestone this year, as IQI was named the first ‘Super Large Real Estate Firm of the Year’ at the prestigious National Real Estate Awards (NREA).

After two years of virtual interactions, IQI has finally returned to offline events!
The signature JIQI Festival roared back in 2023, attracting over 8,000 attendees and solidifying the position as the largest real estate agency event in Southeast Asia.
IQI’s momentum continued. IQI’s year-end mega-event, the 4th annual ADAPT International Convention, thrived in the online space.
