The Juwai IQI Exponential Convention 2023 and Juwai IQI Festival 2023: The K-Pop Grandeur held on 2 and 3 March 2023 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) was a resounding success!
The event brought together industry experts, IQI’s very own real estate agents and negotiators from across the world to share knowledge and network with one another. Over 3,000 attendees were present at the two-day event.

At the convention, many agents were recognized for their outstanding efforts and contributions to the real estate industry. The awards were a testament to the hard work and dedication that these agents had put into their work.
Additionally, agents were treated to informative talks from knowledgeable speakers who shared their expertise on a range of topics related to real estate and personal development.

Juwai IQI Festival 2023: The K-Pop Grandeur
Meanwhile, the Juwai IQI Festival 2023 was a fun-filled K-Pop extravaganza that brought together agents and staff clad in K-Pop outfits and makeup. The festival was a chance for everyone to let their hair down, dance, and enjoy themselves.
The festival saw four groups contesting for the top 3 positions, performing K-Pop numbers and strutting their moves as they fight for the grand prize.
And not to forget, the Juwai IQI Festival is of course, also another opportunity to present agents with more awards for their incredible performance throughout the year.
The agents also had fun with lucky draw games, with many great prizes on offer, including a brand new BMW and Mercedes.
The Juwai IQI agents were also serenaded with beautiful performances by Korean acapella group, Narin, who flew in from Korea for the festival.

All in all, the Juwai IQI Exponential Convention 2023 and Juwai IQI Festival 2023: The K-Pop Grandeur event was a huge success. Attendees had fun, learned a lot, and made valuable connections with others in the industry.
