The Juwai IQI International Convention 2024 and Juwai IQI Festival: Hollywood Glamour 2024, held on 29 and 30 May 2024 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), were a resounding success!
The event brought together industry experts, IQI’s very own real estate agents and negotiators from across the world for forum discussions to share their knowledge and network with one another.
8,000 attendees were expected at the two-day event.

Many agents were recognized at the convention for outstanding efforts and contributions to the real estate industry.
The awards were a testament to the hard work and dedication that these agents had put into their work.
Additionally, agents were treated to forum discussion sessions from knowledgeable panel speakers who share their expertise on a range of topics related to:
- Technology, AI and automation
- Digital content and social media in the property market
- Real estate marketing strategies
- Impact on new world development of geopolitical changes
- Overseas property investment opportunities
With these informative sharing sessions, real estate agents and negotiators have better understand and grasp the latest market and marketing trends in the property industry.
Not to forget, IQI proudly welcomed Mr Gopi Ganesalingam, Head of Digital Exports, to launch and deliver a keynote speech at the annual event—a truly memorable experience for IQI!
Also, to empower the real estate agents and negotiators, IQI was excited to announce the partnership with Edgeprop to access EPIQ mapping and property data platform. This must be an exciting milestone for IQI.
There was also another exciting moment at the Juwai IQI Convention this year—the fashion show by our real estate agents featuring various new T-shirt designs!

Juwai IQI Festival: Hollywood Glamour 2024
Meanwhile, the Juwai IQI Festival 2024 was a fun-filled Hollywood extravaganza that brought together agents and staff clad in Hollywood outfits and makeup, making the evening feel like being in the world of Hollywood.
The festival allowed everyone to let their hair down, dance, and enjoy themselves.
The festival saw five groups contesting for the top 3 positions, performing Hollywood numbers and strutting their moves as they fought for the grand prize.
Also, the Juwai IQI Festival is another opportunity to present agents with more awards for their incredible performance throughout the year.
The agents also had fun with lucky draw games, with many great prizes on offer, including trips to Japan, Madrid and New York.
The Juwai IQI agents were also serenaded with beautiful performances by the Korean acapella group, Narin, who flew in from Korea for the festival.
The Juwai IQI International Convention 2024 and Juwai IQI Festival: Hollywood Glamour 2024 events were huge successes. Attendees had fun, learned a lot, and made valuable connections with others in the industry.
