Global real estate leader IQI, a member of Asian proptech Juwai IQI, has launched a new office in Jakarta, named IQI Indonesia.
This move follows closely on the heels of IQI Unreal Bali’s recent launch and a parallel expansion in Cyprus, highlighting IQI’s rapid international growth.
In a strategic collaboration, IQI partnered with Jakarta-based agency Casaterra Property, led by veteran Indonesian real estate expert Hendra Setiawan Tamblin, to establish IQI Indonesia.
Juwai IQI Co-Founder and Group CEO Kashif Ansari mentioned that Hendra is an outstanding professional in Indonesia’s real estate industry, and we are delighted to bring him and his team at Casaterra Property into the IQI network as IQI Indonesia.
At IQI, we see Indonesia as an excellent investment opportunity due to its strong economic growth, emerging green industries, significant inbound investment, and infrastructure development.
Kashif added: all of this will drive property demand over the medium term, increase household wealth, and lead to housing market growth.
Daniel Ho, Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of Juwai IQI, echoed Ansari’s sentiments, identifying Indonesia as a prime market for sustained growth.
He outlined IQI Indonesia as a conduit for deploying IQI’s technological innovations, marketing platforms, and global network to capitalize on Indonesia’s real estate potential.
Looking ahead, Daniel projected a favorable outlook for Indonesia’s real estate market in 2024, anticipating upticks in both transaction volume and prices.
We expect prices to climb from 1.5% to 2.3% this year.
