Juwai IQI and the Young Entrepreneurs Network (YEN) hosted the Premier Gathering of Investment Leaders today (25th May).
The gathering has promised practical insights for entrepreneurs and investors, focusing on business expansion, real estate, and international markets.
Juwai IQI Co-Founder and Group Managing Director Daniel Ho has presented the journey of Juwai IQI, its global strategy and its outlook on regional and international investment climate.
He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants. During his session at the event, he offered attendees strategies for effectively navigating and investing in overseas markets.

On the other hand, Luc Lu, co-founder of the world’s premier investment migration news outlet, IMI Daily, explored the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme.
As a decades-long veteran of the Chinese residency by investment industry, Lu expertly outlined the benefits MM2H holds for potential investors.
Mandy Chen, who leads the IQI International Sales Department and is an internationally recognised project trainer and consultant, maps out investment opportunities in the UK, Australia, Thailand, and Cambodia.
She provided a comparative view so attendees could learn to spot profitable markets.
Lim Kok Kuan of Invest Selangor, a state government agency, presented the opportunities and incentives in Selangor.
He stated that Selangor has the largest GDP and workforce of any Malaysian state and is also home to Cyberjaya, the country’s global tech and science hub.
The Premier Gathering of Investment Leaders also featured interactive sessions, including a Q&A and a networking lunch.
