Level 1 (Alert): Daily temperatures range from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius for three consecutive days.
Level 2 (Heat Wave): Daily temperatures range from 37 to 40 degrees Celsius and persist for three consecutive days.
Level 3 (Extreme Heat Wave): Daily temperatures exceed 40 degrees Celsius and persist for three consecutive days.

- Body temperature rises to 41 degrees Celsius
- Low blood pressure
- Dizziness and difficulty breathing
