Our Co-founder & Executive Chairman Georg Chmiel was on the Australian TV business news network AUSBIZ today, sharing some key points on our current property market.

Georg stated that Asian buyers are on the hunt for property overseas and due to the travel restrictions, buyers are purchasing properties online.

In Southeast Asia, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore are in the list of top 10 and are currently the countries in high demand.

For Asian buyers, Australia is placed #2, while New Zealand has lost ground due to their tighter foreign buyer restrictions.

Furthermore, there is a shortage of stock in the heating-up property market in Australia. Hence, Juwai IQI has proposed for more developments to be launched, which was warmly welcomed by the media.
