If one does not push themselves or grow into someone new, then life would certainly be boring and uninspiring – instead, what is even more awe-inspiring is just what failure can do for you.

But the definition of failure varies greatly among people – just like Summer Koh, a real estate negotiator from  IQI Elite who has her own definition of success and failure. 

How Summer Koh defines her successes and failures

Say hello to Summer Koh, a degree graduate in Accounting who started in the sales industry since she was fifteen – by selling education packages at roadside and education fairs. 

Joined the world of real estate in December of 2019, she’s made over 10 to 15 appointments in the first week. Yet a month later, no made no success in sales. 

Biting the bitterness of failure, Summer questioned her methods over and over –  but she never gave up. 

Finally, at the beginning of January of 2020, she made her first sale. 

Her roller-coaster experience of successes and failures 

As the months go by, Summer discovered Facebook advertisements and used her savings to reach a wider audience.

Despite managing to receive 8 sales from her running her ads, she lost all but 1 sale dues to a change in the developer. 

She again bit on the bitterness of failure.

Yet, Summer embraced her broken pieces and got back up running – by getting three sales in a week and gaining a clientele list in the following week, her winning streak grew and grew.

While Summer suffered many losses due to the pandemic, her sacrifices and hard work was rewarded as she becomes one of IQI’s top performers for the year 2020 – with a total of 141 property transactions.

Meet Victor Woo, who worked as a Chartered Accountant in the early stage of their career. He invested in his first property in 1990 and has since gone on to many more such ventures over the next few years.

After achieving several bouts of success, Victor decided to join the real estate industry as a negotiator in 2017.
