The situation is the same in Thailand, where condos in Bangkok’s central business district tumbled more than other Southeast Asian cities, according to a survey by property group Juwai IQI. Prices of condominiums in the Thai capital’s central business district fell by 6 percent in the first quarter, year-on-year. Singapore saw a 7.6 percent rise, Kuala Lumpur prices jumped 5.9 percent and Ho Chi Minh City saw a 0.7 percent gain.
