Global real estate firm IQI, a member of PropTech group Juwai IQI, proudly announces its expansion into Italy with the launch of IQI Italy.
IQI now operates in 26 countries, with the new Italian office following soon after recent office launches in Portugal, Netherland and Iceland.
Juwai IQI Co-Founder and Group CEO Kashif Ansari says: “The Italian real estate market continues to attract international investors. This is a market where we can make a big impact with our global network of buyers and Asian marketing portals like Juwai.com and Juwai.asia.”
According to recent data, foreign buyers are attracted to Italy by Italy’s rich cultural heritage, favorable climate, and relatively affordable property prices — compared to other European markets.

“The luxury segment, particularly in regions like Tuscany, Lombardy, and Apulia, has seen significant growth, fueled by demand for historic villas and modern luxury developments.”
“Despite global economic challenges, the Italian market remains resilient, with steady demand in both the residential and commercial sectors.”
“We are delighted that Diego Moretto, an experienced expert in foreign investment in Italy, has joined our global team as the new head of IQI Italy. As a director of Oikos Immobiliare, Diego is a recognized leader in facilitating foreign investment in Italy.”
Daniel Ho, Juwai IQI Co-Founder and Group Managing Director, said, “IQI is thrilled to bring its extensive global network and leading property marketing and agent empowerment technology to the Italian market.”
“According to the Italian Trade Agency, foreign investors accounted for two-thirds of real estate investments in Italy last year. “
The country’s unique blend of tax advantages, exceptional lifestyle, and stunning environment make it one of Europe’s top markets for investments and second homes.

“I am excited to join the IQI family,” said Moretto. “Italy’s golden visa program, La Dolce Visa, is also one of the most attractive in Europe.”
“It provides the ability to live and work across Italy and the European Union, free movement throughout the entire 26-nation Schengen zone, no minimum residency requirements, and a pathway to Italian citizenship.
“I bring over 15 years of local experience to the global network and a reputation for connecting international buyers with the finest properties in Italy.
Joining IQI will enhance my team’s ability to serve our existing clients and enable us to reach a broader international audience.
Diego Moretto
