That’s why we’ve partnered with Pads and Paws KL, a dedicated group of rescuers working tirelessly to save and rehabilitate strays in need.
Partnering with Pads and Paws KL
Stray animals often face unimaginable hardships, including injuries, illnesses, and neglect. Many of them suffer in silence, with no access to proper medical care or shelter.
We recognise this as an urgent need and have stepped in to support the organisation in its mission to provide essential care for these animals.
Through our initiative, we have helped fund veterinary treatments, provided enclosures for vulnerable cats, and sponsored medical care for sick and injured strays.
The Cats We’ve Helped
Behind every rescued animal is a story of resilience and hope. Meet some of the furry friends whose lives have been changed through this initiative:
Beckham & Nick
Found struggling with sporotrichosis (sporo), a serious fungal infection that affects both animals and humans, these cats needed immediate medical attention.
With treatment and care, they are now on the road to recovery.
McPurry
Perhaps the most heartwarming case, McPurry was diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a disease that was once considered a death sentence.
But thanks to timely treatment, McPurry defied the odds and survived, proving that every life is worth fighting for.
Donna
A stray battling multiple health issues, including severe infections, Donna was given the medical support she desperately needed.
Today, she’s thriving in a safe and loving environment.
How Did Our Support Make a Difference?
Caring for these animals requires significant resources.
Thanks to the generosity and kindness of our community, RM11,463.50 was donated to provide critical treatment for these strays.
This support not only gave them a second chance at life but also contributed to creating a healthier, safer environment for everyone.
