The forum “Not Just Success Stories: The Everyday Decisions That Make or Break Us” was moderated by Taco Heidinga and featured Adrian Seow, AG Sasidar, and La Kim My Duyen.

The discussion went beyond the surface of success by exploring the real journey behind high-performing real estate agents. The panellists shared insights on discipline, consistency, decision-making, and the daily actions that gradually shape long-term achievements in the industry.

Bryan Low, Co-Founder of Content Creation Academy, delivered a session titled “From 0 to 1m+ Followers Across Platforms: Building Attention, Trust, and Influence in the Digital Age.”

His session highlighted how social media has become more than just a place for agents to upload property listings. Today, it is a powerful platform for educating audiences, building personal branding, strengthening trust, and attracting higher-quality leads in the digital age.

No Blueprint, Just Hustle: Young Agents Building Their Way Up

The forum “No Blueprint, Just Hustle: How Young People Are Breaking Into the Real Estate Industry” featured Caely See, Daris Ooi, Gabriel Khaw, and Jayden Ng. The discussion focused on the journey of young people entering the real estate industry, especially those who started without major experience but had the courage to learn, take action, and build their careers from the ground up.

Through their stories, the session highlighted the importance of resilience, adaptability, and a strong willingness to grow in an industry where success is built through effort, consistency, and real-world experience.


Prestige Night Awards 2026: An Appreciation Night for Outstanding IQI Agents

After a convention filled with knowledge, inspiration, and meaningful industry insights, the event continued with the Prestige Night Awards 2026, a special evening dedicated to celebrating IQI agents who achieved outstanding performance throughout the year.
