The designers drew inspiration for the spatial design from European and American towns, and adopted the innovative design concept of an “exterior scene moving inside”, in which the exterior scene on the street is moved into the interior space, thus maximizing the interactive integration of people and scenery, fully enlarging the spatial perception on the psychological level of the customers, and revolutionizing a new benchmark for the innovative design of co-working spaces in the industry.

Adhering to Bee+’s product space building concept of “Bring Life into Work”, the designers of Bee+ constantly revolutionize and innovate in the building of space products, and continue to make new upgrades while retaining the Bee+ classic design concept and style. The three functional areas were designed in the style of a “cross-floor void structure”: the Bee store (self-service sales area), the Bee Park (double-deck slide), and Central Street. The dramatic design elements and ingenious arrangements enable all those experiencing the space to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of spare time social life in European and American towns, to release tension and stress, and to inspire their infinite creativity and insight.
As another major flagship project for Bee+ in their co-working sector of customization for large and medium-sized enterprises, Bee+ provides one-stop space customization services for the “Reith & BEEPLUS” co-working space, from the design and construction, to the later operation management. The design of the work area breaks down the interface style design of traditional spaces through the use of transparent curved glass, enhancing social interaction while preserving privacy. The open area and independent offices are designed to meet the working needs of one to a hundred enterprises of different scales. On the day of the opening ceremony a grand tour of American style was held in the “Reith & BEEPLUS” co-working space, with six immersive and interactive experience areas were set up, including cowgirls, a jazz band, close-up magic, hand graffiti, and others. At the opening ceremony, Jia Fan, the Founder and CEO of Bee+, Li Shijun, the head of Reith Property Services, Gao Lei, the head of the Planning Center at Reith Group, Cai Jingqian, the head of the Marketing Center at Reith Group, Liang Minyu, a Vice President of Bee+, and Wang Bin, also a Vice President of Bee+, jointly held the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony, which announced the official opening of the “Reith & BEEPLUS” co-working space.
