On 21st October 2017, EUPE Corp Bhd, launched their latest serviced apartment project in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, called Parc 3.
It is a 2.73 acre leasehold project with 793 units all housed within a single 46 storey tower. Its Gross Domestic Value (GDV) is valued at RM 495 million. The units are between 592 sq.ft to 1470 sq.ft large. The current listing price for the units are RM 467,000 and above. The apartments are partially furnished with shower screens in all the bathrooms, kitchen cabinetry with teka (or equivalent) hood and hob, air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living hall for all units, and storage heaters in all bathrooms.
Michelle Gan Eileen, Head of marketing and design, has stated that Parc 3 offers varying price points for units with similar layouts, so that people may choose their preferred apartment without having to forgo their layout preference.
Each suite is designed to accommodate any lifestyle, from large families to couples to people who prefer their privacy.
Located in South KL, Parc 3 boasts being a “ground-breaking residential project that blends luxury and natural living.”
This goes in line with the green living concept that Parc 3 promotes. The tower’s architecture is directly inspired by nature, reflected in the streamlined shapes of the building as well as the construction of the suites, which provides true and natural ventilation. The open plan allows natural light and the flow of clean, cool and healthy air, creating a more comfortable living environment which reduces the need for air conditioners at the same time, a rarity in any city high rise.
There are also three internal parks within the development – hence the name Parc 3.
A unique feature for the building is its facilities floor. Some of the available facilities, like the business centre, celebrity kitchen, function hall and floating gym — are suspended in glass pods. Through this design they are able to achieve maximum ventilation as the air flows through the atrium.
Another key feature which must be addressed is the interior design. Parc 3’s interior was designed by one of Malaysia’s leading designers, Butter Paper, who have also worked or collaborated with major developers such as Desa Park City, Berjaya Land Tropicana, Gamuda Land and TA Global.
The building also boasts uninterrupted views to the heart of KL as well as the 33 acre Taman Pudu Ulu public park situated across the road. In terms of accessibility and amenities, Parc 3 is just 500m away from the MRT/LRT Maluri Station and is close to Sunway Velocity, MyTown IKEA and AEON. It is also conveniently located just 20 minutes away from KLCC.
