Global real estate giant IQI, a member of the Asian proptech leader Juwai IQI, today launched IQI Korea. The new office extends IQI’s network of more than 50,000 agents into its 28th country.
Kashif Ansari, Co-Founder and Group CEO of Juwai IQI, commented:
“With the launch of IQI Korea, we can bring our advanced technology and international network to one of Asia’s leading economies and real estate markets. The residential market in Korea this year should hit US$8.29 trillion in value.
“Recently international buyers have shown great interest in the real estate market and as per Bloomberg the prices have risen significantly since 2018.”
“The most popular areas for buyers from overseas are Gangnam and near Seoul’s city centre. Investment has also spread to cities other than Seoul.”
“The launch of IQI Korea is important to us. It gives us a chance to bring international standards of service and technology to a fast-moving, high-value market.
“We are excited to have Aerin Paik and Gilbert Paik on board of our global family. Now with IQI Korea, we will bring the Korean real estate market to the world and for Koreans to explore the international real estate opportunities.

“Besides our technology and international best practices, the high-quality customer leads we generate via our network will be one of the important benefits we can provide to our new Korean team. Conversely, our Korean customers can rely on us for an introduction to other markets and to the excellent investment and lifestyle opportunities they offer.”
Our technology and international network, our agent super-app Atlas and international property marketing platforms juwai.com and juwai.asia, combined with our local team’s deep Korean-market experience, will lead to better results for buyers, sellers, and developers.”
