BANGKOK, Nov. 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Alliance Group has announced an ambitious expansion programme for its TPA division, Alliance International Servicing located in Bangkok, Thailand. The company is working with the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) as part of its initiative to increase investment employment opportunities in the region and has already demonstrated its confidence in Thailand by steadily increasing staff numbers over the last 5 years.
The need for immediate expansion is due to consistently high levels of growth; by the end of 2021, the company is on track to achieve growth of up to 28 per cent and the forecast for 2022 suggests a further increase of up to 38 per cent. The size of Alliance’s office space in Bangkok’s Sathorn Business and Financial District of Bangkok has already doubled to accommodate the new intake, of which four-fifths will be locals from Bangkok.
Abhik Sarkar, Director of Alliance Global Servicing (Thailand), explains, “Alliance International Servicing’s reputation is built upon our ability to provide multinational organisations with world-class, cost-effective and efficient administration support.
The Thai workforce is highly educated and well-trained. The country has excellent infrastructure, superb digital connectivity and benefits from generous state investment in economic development, which is why it is considered to be a major economic centre and supply hub for many MNEs.
Alliance International Servicing’s phenomenal growth is forecast to continue and our commitment to investment will ensure that we continue to deliver the gold-standard service that our multinational clients have come to expect.”
According to the BOI, the Thai government is aggressively developing the EEC (Eastern Economic Corridor) in a bid to become the leading economic zone in the region. A wide range of vocational and educational programmes are in place to ensure that the Thai workforce has the right skills to meet the requirements of future employers and they are equipped to deliver the calibre of service expected by large multinationals.
