1- Shape Shifting Skyscrapers
A rotating skyscraper is set to build in Dubai by 2020. The tower will consist of separately rotating floors that will allow the guests to have a 360 degree view.
This will allow the residence to adjust their units position to be able to witness both sunrise and sunset.
Although some might be concerned about the amount of electricity that is needed to power this enormous dynamic project. However, no need to worry as the building will be self-powered by green source of energies such as wind turbines and solar panels.
2- Dubai Hydropolis
As Dubai is always known for their tremendous fascinating projects as their tallest tower Burj Khalifa, they also plan to construct the biggest underwater hotel. The construction for Dubai Hydropolis began back in 2005 and still ongoing. It is planned that upon the construction of the hotel it will host around 220 luxury suite rooms and also number of exclusive suites for royals and ambassadors.
3- The World Islands
Constructed by Nakheel developments, The World Islands are a collection of man-made islands shaped into the continents of the world. Located off the coast of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It will consist of 300 small private artificial islands divided into four categories – private homes, estate homes, dream resorts, and community islands.
4- Dubai Underwater Tennis Stadium
Krzysztof Kotala, a famous Polish architect unveiled in April last year about his initial designs for the proposed Underwater Dubai Tennis Centre. Kotala’s initial designs involved seven arenas, with a carbon-glass glazed dome above the court and located in the seabed within a reef off the coast of Dubai, near the famous Burj al Arab hotel.
“This will be something original. This should be somewhere where there is the tradition of tennis. Dubai is perfect for this idea” Kotala said in April 2015, referring to the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, which has been staged in the emirate since 1993.
