Who we are

IQI Australia is Perth based award-winning sale and marketing real estate agency. We specialized in apartment project sales, and brand-new house & land packages. We work with many Australia’s most trusted developers and builders on a range of project of many sizes, from small scale block subdivision to high rise apartment living, we pride ourselves for delivering premium properties and services to our home buyers and investors.

IQI Australia was established in 2014 under the name, Trident Property Partners. In 2019, it became the first Australian office in the IQI network.

Our team consisted of experienced property strategists with astounding investment background and portfolio. In addition, our team come from diverse cultural background with most members being multilingual. This skillset has advantaged us in working with investors or buyers from diverse cultural and language background, as well as entering the global market.

We also have extensive experience in foreign investment transactions and is up to date with current FIRB rulings and regulations. We believe in “long term partnership” hence our success is not appraised by how many sale transactions we can achieve, instead how many transactions we can settled and add onto our customers’ portfolio.
