I'm Pak Yus (MOHD YUSRI EFFENDI MD YUSSOFF)

I am a Real Estate Negotiator (REN73270) at IQI IREALTY in Kuala Lumpur. With over 20 years of experience in the engineering field, specializing in Electrical Engineering, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry. My competence extends to managing projects such as Leachate Treatment Plants, demonstrating fluency in civil and mechanical engineering principles.

Prior to my current role, I served as a Project Director for more than a decade, overseeing various engineering projects with precision and leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UTM (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) and a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Technology from PUO (Polytechnic Ungku Omar).

Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy pursuing woodworking and aluminum projects, as well as indulging in fishing and biking during my leisure time.
