I am a licensed estate agent and a professional Land Economist with more than twenty five years of relevant experience in conducting feasibility study, marketing and management of commercial, recreation, residential and industrial properties across four countries i.e., Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Australia.I am currently a registered estate agent at IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (a member of Juwai IQI); a member of Royal Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia; and was an Associate Member (Land Economist), 1997 of Australian Institute of Valuers & Land Economists (Inc.) (now, the Australian Property Institute). I graduated with Distinction in the Bachelor Of Business In Property course from Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology (RMIT), Australia and was awarded the prestigious President Prize of Australian Institute of Valuers & Land Economists (Inc.) (Victoria Division) 1992; and 1992 BOMA Limited Award by Building Owners And Managers Association Of Australia Limited. I also graduated with Merit Award, Diploma in Building Management, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. I am an ordinary member of Singapore Cricket Club. Property investment, marketing and management is my passion!
