Learn how to communicate, speaking well in english and close deal. 22 years old - Buy second property in life and start interested in real estate.23 years old - Joined real estate industry. Attend some course to upgrade myself. End of year become Licensed Real Estate Negotiator. During MCO, i manage to do online marketing strategy and i earn 6 digits income within 3 month. Always upgrade my skill is a must. After MCO i start doing property with pricing above RM 500k and i learn alot during serving customer. I start doing team on the same time. I also learned how to do time management during do own sales and lead team. Lead team is not a easy. In 2023, i start do commercial and industrial. My knowledge goes to another level. I learned how to help investor doing hassle free service after they buy a commercial and industrial unit with me. In 2024 i help my team to generate online marketing leads and manage to help more team members earn passive income.In this industry, what we must to have is Money, Network and Time. If you dont have enough money or network, you have spend more time on calling or meet client. Once you earn the money, you have to spend it on network and marketing to grow your business.
