Front Desk Officer (Contract)

Job Description:

• Room Boss - Master the art of booking meeting rooms like a pro. Make sure they’re spotless and fully equipped—first impressions count!

• Kit Keeper - Distribute banners, name cards, starter kits & REN tags. Work with other teams to keep everything fully stocked.

• Merch & Stock Hero - Keep track of merchandise and inventory like a hawk. Run regular stock checks and sound the alarm if we’re running low.

• Office Opener & Closer - You’ll be the first to say good morning and the last to say good night to the office.

• Front Desk & Enquiry Ninja - Greet walk-ins with a smile. Handle questions or point them to the right people when needed.

• Daily Ops Magician - Keep the front desk tidy and welcoming. Manage mail, parcels, and basic admin tasks like a champ.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed.

• Tech-savvy and loves using tools to work smarter.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently. (Bonus points for Chinese!)

• Friendly, organized, and eager to learn.
