Jimmy Ho

Biodata - Jimmy Ho Mr.Ho had vast experience in overall Expressway Management with his 31 years with PLUS Berhad. He had served in key management positions during his tenures with PLUS as Traffic Safety Superintendent, Section Manager, Risk Management, Head - Support Services, Manager and Head, Region HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment). Mr.Ho is also a HRDF Certified Trainer and registered trainer & OSH Auditor with NIOSH. He's also a IRCA certified QMS ISO 9001 & EMS 14001 Auditor. Mr.Ho is one of the key module developer from PLUS Berhad in the joint development of EOSP Module (Expressway Operations Safety Passport) with NIOSH in 2017. More than 15000 individuals had attended and obtained EOSP since 2017. He had since conducted EOSP for UEM Edgenta’s BOD, Top & Senior Management and also staff and sub-contractors. His vast experience in Expressway Management covers coordinating and monitoring day to day operations matter towards achieving set HSSE Golden rules and compliance to set regulations and ISO systems. Liaison with respective Sections to implement initiatives and improvement as set by Management & HSSE Department. Oversee day to day operations matters related to Section Management that includes Toll Operations, Maintenance Management, Electrical & Electronics, Traffic Safety, compliance to all ISO Systems and related regulations and liaison with all related authorities. (DOSH, DOE, CIDB, PDRM, Bomba, Hospitals, etc) He also conducts internal training on safety and QMS related topics to improve awareness & continuous improvement. Mr.Ho had also had past experience in construction when he were attached to Pembinaan Merkuri in the construction and completion of the Simpang Renggam Prison project.He had some exposure & experience as a NST Stringer that includes interview, review & submit news report and features to NST Editor as and when required.
