Felicia graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Optometry (Hons) Degree and PostDip(Marketing) from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.  Felicia has 8 years of working experience as a full time Real Estate Negotiator and has been promoted to Team Leader and is also one of the top agents in IQI Realty Sdn Bhd.  She has strong passion in real estate management and wishes to help many investors to achieve their dreamed properties. Felicia is professionally trained and is able to provide professional advice and consultation to her clients on real estate related matters.  Felicia has vast experience in dealing with commercial properties such as Buy/Sell/ Rent of commercial buildings, offices, factories and also bungalows. Her areas of focus are in KL City Centre, KL Eco City, KL Sentral, Bangsar South, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam.
