Bhd., I was in Treasury Valuation Division, Malaysia, Pahang, then C. H. Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn.... I am a real estate My professional consultant having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London in 1981. Prior to my appointment with IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd., I was in Treasury Valuation Division, Malaysia, Pahang, then C. H. Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn. Bhd (WTW), from 1973 to 1975 then started my own firm, A.C. Yip, Chartered Surveyors 1981-2019. I am a professional surveyor (Sr.) at the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia from1991 to present, a life membership of the Pahang Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia since 1980, and a member of Koperasi Serbaguna Malaysia (KSM) or Malaysian Multi-purpose Cooperate since 1972. I was the President of Kuantan Chapter of Jaycees International in 1985-86.
