Hi, my name is Yen Tan. I am a prominent figure in the real estate industry in Penang, Malaysia. As the Head of the Team at IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, I lead a team of over 500 agents across various regions in Malaysia, including Penang, Taiping, Ipoh, KL, Malacca, JB, and Sarawak Kuching.
I am proud to have achieved several awards, including the 10 million dollar club award, Promising Leaders Award, Outstanding Head of Team 2019, Top Trainer Awards, Outstanding Leadership Excellent Award and Inspiring Women Leadership Award. These achievements are a testament to my hard work and dedication in the industry.
I am also a Co-Founder of Ace Group and Founder of Ace Inspire Group, where I provide coaching and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and real estate agents. As a GSF LOA Trainer, Social Media Marketing Coach, Miracle Coach, and Master Hypnotic Successology Instructor, I share my experiences and knowledge on real estate by speaking at various events and being featured in China Press and Back Stage Magazine.
Overall, I am passionate about the real estate industry, and I strive to guide and motivate my team members to achieve success while also helping aspiring real estate agents reach their full potential.
