Karlo's corporate experience revolved in Real Estate, Financial Services and Entrepreneurship. He first worked as an Auditor in the Operations Division of Megaworld. Because of his curiosity to do business, he also joined a multi-level marketing part-time. Eventually he joined World Financial Marketing Alliance to explore opportunities in the investment and insurance industry. Later on, he joined Sun Life as a Financial Advisor. To widen his knowledge in the financial services industry, he also took the Registered Financial Planner program. This pandemic he maximized his time to study even more in online platforms through attending masterclasses for Financial Advisors and Public Speaking. He also finished online courses offered by Yale University on Financial Markets and University of Michigan on Negotiation. As a Financial Advisor of Sun Life and Registered Financial Planner, he is currently conducting webinars for Filipinos about Financial Planning, Wealth and Risk Management. He is also helping clients in acquiring Real Estate Investments as part of Philgems Realty Corp and IQI Global, IQI is a leading global real estate & investment advisory firm operating and advising in Dubai, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, Philippines and Vietnam.
