毕业之际，你做了什么决定？刚结束学生身份的我们，站在人生的十字路口，有人选择继续升学，有人选择踏入社会；而我，决定要加入房地产<\/a><\/span><\/strong>，这是我三年前已经做好的选择。<\/span><\/p>\n

在中学时的某个午后，我翻阅报纸，看到一对投资房地产的澳洲夫妇，他们35岁就退休环游世界的报导。这个新闻引发我的深思，我是不是也可以和他们一样，因为房地产而赚取更高的收入？因为房地产而提早退休呢？<\/span><\/p>\n

同期，我的大哥也开始了他在房地产的旅程。看着大哥在房地产的杰出表现，让我对房地产这个行业更感兴趣。想跻身房地产的这颗小苗，也开始在我心里播种。<\/span><\/p>\n

在考 SPM 前，我向大哥表达了我的意愿，在考试后，我便要加入房地产。所幸，我的决定获得家人的鼓励与支持。同年十一月，结束了学生身份，正式加入IQI Realty<\/a><\/strong><\/span>，成为团队的一员。<\/span><\/p>\n

起初，因为缺乏房产知识和实际的销售经验，我唯有努力增值自己。除了积极参加公司的培训外，也向不同的前辈学习。加入后的前三个月，我每天从早上十点就呆在公司到晚上十点。为了加快成功的脚步，我唯有比别人更卖力。<\/span>不停地学习找客户，邀约客户，我终于成交了人生第一单。这也大大地增强了我的信心，在房地产这一行，证明了太年轻并不是一个问题。我没有别的武器，只有继续充实自己、提升自己，给予顾客更好的房地产咨询服务。<\/span><\/p>\n
