和所有企业家一样，都想要提高生活素质。但在刚开始创业时，我发现少了时间陪伴家人、做自己的事，这完全与我的初衷背道而驰。<\/span><\/p>\n

创业，似乎并没有让时间变得更自由，那这样的“创业”真的是我想要的吗？当然，除了质疑，更重要地是迅速寻找解决之道。<\/span><\/p>\n

随着时代推进，商业模式不停地推陈出新，传统的商业手法无法让我实现工作与生活平衡（Work-life balance）。那时，我才意识到把自由的概念融入企业管理里。<\/span><\/p>\n
