Pulangan Sewa yang Lebih Tinggi<\/strong><br>Seperti yang dilaporkan dalam laporan IQI, <strong>pulangan kasar sewa<\/strong> <strong>kekal stabil<\/strong> di negeri-negeri utama di Malaysia, memberikan pulangan yang kukuh kepada pelabur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bandar seperti <strong>Kuala Lumpur<\/strong> menyaksikan <strong>kenaikan sewa sebanyak 5.7%<\/strong> pada suku kedua, manakala <strong>Selangor mencatatkan kenaikan 6.2%,<\/strong> membuktikan ketahanan dan daya tarikan kawasan ini kepada pelabur hartanah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini menunjukkan peningkatan permintaan untuk hartanah sewa, terutamanya di kawasan yang mempunyai permintaan tinggi berhampiran hab pengangkutan utama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b.
