In 2023, there were a total of 19,733 residential high-rise units<\/strong> launched, as well as some 36,793 units of landed homes<\/strong>, making up a total of 56,526 units<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

From this total, 7,284 units of high-rises<\/strong> and 15,577 units of landed homes<\/strong> were sold, comprising 36.9%<\/strong> and 42.3%<\/strong> of the total units respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In total, 22,861 units<\/strong> were sold, at 40.4%<\/strong> of the total number of units. This was an increase compared to 19,497 units<\/strong> in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
