About the New IQI Office<\/h2>\n

Millerz Square<\/strong> is a new RM1.8 billion, 6.8-acre luxury mixed development project by developers Exsim Group<\/strong> that consists of an eight-story retail and commercial podium topped by four residential towers and one office tower.<\/p>\n

The Millerz Square office tower, called “Devon,” accommodates high-tech, modern office floorplates<\/strong> and premium facilities for tenants, including a Sky Gym, Sky Pavilion and Banquet Hall, two Sky Gardens, and access to the full range of retail and restaurant options located in the podium.<\/p>\n

The company is making the new facility its “Asia Pacific Command Centre<\/strong>” and new global technology hub.<\/p>\n
