    As of 11.59pm on 3 November 2023<\/strong>, the SPE highway is officially open to motorists<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n

    The long-awaited SPE highway was initially slated for completion in early 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Plus, motorists get to enjoy free toll for a month, until 2 December 2023<\/strong>. After one month, motorists will be charged a toll fee of RM3.50.<\/p>\n
