Additionally, I was thrilled to receive the StarProperty Deal of The Year Award for Commercial properties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client had no choice but to look for another building. <\/p>\n\n\n\nAt the second building, everything was fine until the Covid-19 pandemic and the MCO lockdown in March 2020. The client decided not to move until the situation improved. By the end of 2021, the office that had been chosen earlier was no longer available. I had to propose another office within the same building and after much negotiation, the deal was finally concluded in July 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
