来自迪拜的 IQI 集团日前与大马发展商奕心集团（Exsim Group）签署合约，购买后者旗下项目Millerz Square@ OKR总值3000万令吉和面积达3万3000平方英尺的 办公空间 。<\/p>\n

IQI集团作为领先的房地产与投资企业，自2012年进入亚洲市场以大马作基地，再逐渐扩展至印尼、泰国、越南及菲律宾，此次向奕心集团购买办公室空间，旨在设立全新的亚太操作中心。<\/p>\n

奕心集团由企业通讯主管萧慧敏代表签约，营销主管熊毅员见证；IQI集团由总执行长卡西夫签约，总财务长沙希德见证。<\/p>\n

Millerz Square@ OKR是奕心集团旗下首个综合发展项目，提供一座共336个办公套房单位的办公大楼，以及4座共约1600个单位的服务式公寓；办公大楼将命名“EXSIM Tower”，内含奕心集团办公室、一所艺术学院、餐饮店及其他业务。<\/p>\n

奕心集团是于2008年成立后发展迅速，至今已推出总值约5亿令吉的18个地产项目；IQI集团是总部位于迪拜的国际房地产投资咨询公司，在马、澳、加、菲均设有办公室，目前在大马拥有逾千名多元文化背景的仲介。<\/p>\n

现场亦进行另一项合作协议签署仪式，宣布奕心集团正式委托IQI集团子公司MyKey Global为营运商，协助管理前者旗下的星汇专业套房公寓。<\/p>\n
