今时今日的经济对许多年轻人而言，生活压力绝对是有增无减，每个月几乎入不敷支，更别提说 买房 了。事实上，他们大部分都缺乏足够的经济能力去购买一间房。孩子们的辛劳，父母都看在眼里。所以，他们往往会想助“一臂之力”为孩子买第一间房。
\n一般上，父母在做决定前都会顾虑一些实际问题，包括现在帮孩子 买房 是对的时候吗？在这过程里，我一共需要付多少才足够应付？或若孩子没能力偿贷，这也许是一项漫长的注资直到贷款结束为止等。<\/p>\n

他们除了想让孩子尽早当业主外，主要目的是想孩子开始懂得对生活负责任，并在成长路上扶他们一把。此外，他们也想到当自己日后不再在这世上，无法陪在孩子身边时，至少孩子已拥有一间物业。无论是用于出租或投资用途，都为孩子在生活上带来经济保障。<\/p>\n

不过有些父母的想法却是截然不同，他们认为为孩子 买房 不但造成孩子不独立，反而更依赖家里。

\n务，那房贷获批的机率将随着降低。\n
