1. Thiết kế hiện đại nhưng không bỏ quên lịch sử<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

The Global City của Masterise Home là khu đô thị đầu tiên tại Việt Nam với hình thức “Downtown” được thực hiện dưới sự tư vấn và thiết kế của Foster & Partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

Foster & Partners<\/b> là một trong những công ty thiết kế kiến trúc hàng đầu thế giới với những công trình để lại dấu ấn mang tính biểu tượng trên toàn cầu. Một số công trình nổi tiếng của họ như tòa tháp Hearst Tower tại New York, Tòa án Tối cao tại Bảo tàng Anh Quốc tại London, trụ sở của Apple tại California,…<\/span><\/p>\n

Được định vị ở phân khúc hạng sang, Masterise Homes tạo ra The Global City trở thành một công trình biểu tượng phồn hoa xứng tầm cho TP Thủ Đức. Dưới sự tư vấn và thiết kế của Foster & Partners, các căn nhà phố SOHO The Global City đều có phong cách kiến trúc giải tỏa kết cấu, vừa hiên ngang vững chãi, vừa mềm mại uốn lượn, mang tính tương tác hài hòa với cảnh quan, văn hóa và cư dân sinh sống.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thiết kế kiến trúc hiện đại nhưng vẫn toát lên nét đẹp trang nhã, sang trọng trong từng chi tiết. Các khung cửa kính lớn và ban công thoáng đãng được thiết kế hài hòa với không gian xanh mướt bên ngoài. Masterise Homes rất tuyệt vời khi tạo ra The Global City có sự kết hợp hài hòa giữa hiện đại và âm hưởng đô thị đặc trưng của Việt Nam. Ngoài là khu đô thị hiện đại, đâu đó trong siêu dự án này chúng ta vẫn sẽ thấy bảo tàng, nhà cổ, phố cổ mang đậm chất và hồn của Việt Nam.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Global City dành riêng 13ha quỹ đất để tạo mảng xanh cho khu đô thị. Diện tích cây xanh rộng lớn hỗ trợ hấp thụ bụi mịn và khí thải, cải thiện chất lượng không khí trong khu đô thị. Các cây lớn còn mang đến bóng râm, hạn chế tác động đảo nhiệt trong đô thị, cho không gian mát mẻ hơn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Không kể việc sắp đặt, thiết kế các tòa nhà để giảm bớt tiếp xúc ánh nắng mặt trời, tia tử ngoại, nhưng vẫn tăng cường lưu thông không khí, từ đó hạn chế nhu cầu sử dụng điều hòa cho từng hộ gia đình và cả khu đô thị. Hệ thống chiếu sáng cũng được lựa chọn và lắp đặt cẩn trọng để giảm thiểu ô nhiễm ánh sáng, tránh ảnh hưởng đến đời sống ban đêm của cư dân. Tường sử dụng bê tông sợi thủy tinh chống rung động hạn chế carbon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thêm vào đó, hành lang được thiết kế trũng, có mảng xanh bao bọc nên khi mưa sẽ được thẩm thấu vào đất và trở thành chất dinh dưỡng nuôi dưỡng thảm thực vật. Có hệ thống kênh đào đã được xử lý nước 100%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hệ thống giao thông thân thiện với môi trường.<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Xe máy điện, xe đạp và xe điện trung chuyển sẽ là phương tiện di chuyển chính trong nội khu. Điều này giúp giảm tải sự ô nhiễm trong không khí. Kết nối nội khu thông qua các con đường đi bộ, đạp xe và cầu bắc qua kênh tạo ra một đô thị thu nhỏ trong bán kính 15 phút đi bộ hoặc đạp xe, từ đó hạn chế việc sử dụng phương tiện cơ giới.<\/span><\/p>\n
