Ia merupakan satu peningkatan yang ketara berbanding 260 bilion ringgit yang diperuntukkan bagi Rancangan Malaysia Ke-11 (RMK-11).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tujuan utama plan tersebut ialah bagi meningkatkan semula ekonomi negara sambil mengukuhkan dan menjaga kebajikan sosial rakyat Malaysia. Langkah ini adalah baik bagi pemasaran hartanah di Malaysia kerana ramai rakyat Malaysia akan membeli rumah lebih-lebih lagi golongan muda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-naik-taraf-program-dan-kemudahan-kewangan\">2. Oleh itu, golongan B40 dan M40 mempunyai lebih banyak peluang untuk memilik rumah mereka tersendiri.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-pembangungan-kawasan-luar-bandar-bagi-meningkatkan-ekonomi\">3.
