Panduan Lengkap"},"content":{"rendered":"<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-\/\/W3C\/\/DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional\/\/EN\" \"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/REC-html40\/loose.dtd\">\n<html><body><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) merupakan program projek perumahan yang ditawarkan oleh kerajaan Malaysia bagi mereka yang kurang berkemampuan (B40).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">PPR dibahagikan mengikut dua kategori:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sewa (serendah <strong>RM124.00 sebulan<\/strong>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Beli <strong>(RM 35,000.00 untuk satu unit di Semenanjung Malaysia dan RM 45,000.00 di Sabah dan Sarawak.)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pada Februari 2021, Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin, Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan telah mengumumkan akan <strong>menukarkan nama PPR kepada Rumah Malaysia bagi projek akan datang.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Penukaran nama tersebut adalah bagi memastikan tiada rumah yang tidak berpenghuni serta untuk mengelakkan transaksi yang tidak sah bagi sewa milik perumahan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">11 lagi tambahan projek Rumah Malaysia yang menyediakan 4,120 buah unit bakal dibina di seluruh negara. 3 daripadanya terletak di Kluang, Sembrong dan Pengerang negeri Johor.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-37468\" src=\"https:\/\/iqiglobal-web-revamp.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com\/wp\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/shutterstock_1287867763-1024x712.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"712\"><\/p>\n<h4>Perkara yang anda perlu tahu mengenai Rumah Malaysia<\/h4>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff9900\">1. Perbezaan antara PPR dan Rumah Malaysia<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Keluasan rumah tidak kurang daripada 900 kaki persegi apabila dibandingkan dengan projek sekarang iaitu sekitar 700 kaki persegi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Kementerian juga akan melaraskan kadar sewa di seluruh negeri.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Syarat yang diperketatkan:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Permohonan yang layak haruslah <strong>segera mendiami<\/strong> rumah tersebeut dalam <strong>tempoh 3 bulan<\/strong> setelah projek tersebut selesai.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pemohon akan diberikan <strong>2 tahun tempoh penyewaan<\/strong> sementara menguruskan pinjaman daripada bank dan sebagainya.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Jika pemohon gagal untuk mendapatkan sebarang pembiayaan dalam tempoh 2 tahun, kerajaan negeri akan menentukan samaada untuk menyembung tempoh penyewaan ataupun mencari pemohon yang baru.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900\">2.
