Kashif Ansari, CEO of Juwai IQI, an Asian real estate technology group, stated in his latest release that the initiatives in the 2022 budget are essential.<\/p>\n

Because if Budget 2021 is about combating the epidemic, Budget 2022 is about putting an end to it.<\/p>\n

“After surveying real estate agents across the country, we found that the real estate sector primarily wants the government to offer three major initiatives in the 2022 Budget: 1, more support for first-time buyers; 2, stamp duty relief; and 3, the reinstatement of the Home Ownership Campaign.”<\/p>\n

“The common purpose of these three incentives is to enable first-time buyers or low-budget groups to purchase their properties.”<\/p>\n
