Bangsar South is a project in Kuala Lumpur, south of the integrated development in the Pantai area — Pantai Hill Park, Kampung Pantai, and Kampung Pantai Dalam. It was made with the intention of reinventing the area called Bangsar.<\/p>\n

The Beginning<\/h2>\n

The area now known as Bangsar South used to be known as Kampung Kerinchi and was simply a large rural enclave, home to several residential developments completed in the 1990s. Today this area is one of Klang Valley’s most sought-after addresses thanks to the undertaking by UOA Holdings. UOA started their work after they acquired a 60-acre (240,000 m2) piece of land there in 2005. After that, development began in full throttle in 2007 to fully upgrade the area into an exclusive commercial and residential hub.
