Manakala jualan 2021 247% lebih tinggi berbanding tarikh yang sama pada tahun 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sekatan pandemik tidak memberi kesan pada jualan. Malah pada minggu 10 Mei 2021, Juwai IQI menyimpulkan US$88 juta jualan kediaman projek baharu di seluruh Malaysia, hampir 75% lebih daripada US$50 juta pada minggu biasa tahun ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30580 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/iqiglobal-web-revamp.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com\/wp\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/123.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"260\" height=\"390\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iqiglobal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/123.jpg 720w, https:\/\/iqiglobal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/123-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/iqiglobal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/123-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/iqiglobal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/123-370x555.jpg 370w, https:\/\/iqiglobal.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/123-642x963.jpg 642w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/>Pengasas bersama Kumpulan Juwai IQI dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kashif Ansari berkata:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&ldquo;PKP tidak mengganggu jualan Juwai IQI di Malaysia. Sebaliknya, jualan kami melonjak dalam tempoh itu. Ini kerana platform teknologi kami membenarkan kami untuk terus berkhidmat kepada pembeli walaupun PKP. Sejak itu, kami terus melabur dalam teknologi dan membina pasukan teknologi dan data global 1000 orang di sini, di Kuala Lumpur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&ldquo;Secara paradoks, kerana COVID ramai percaya ini adalah masa terbaik untuk membeli rumah. Rakyat Malaysia kurang berbelanja kerana sekatan berkaitan pandemik ini. Oleh itu, mereka telah membina lebih banyak simpanan dan ingin meletakkan wang itu untuk kegunaan yang baik dengan membeli kepentingan dalam pasaran hartanah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&ldquo;COVID memberi kesedaran bahawa kejadian yang tidak dijangka boleh muncul pada bila-bila masa. Pembeli hartanah melihat memiliki hartanah sebagai cara yang agak berisiko rendah untuk membina kusyen kewangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&ldquo;Tinjauan pengguna baru-baru ini mendapati 70% rakyat Malaysia tidak kehilangan pekerjaan mahupun terpaksa menutup perniagaan semasa wabak ini. Kebanyakan rakyat Malaysia masih memperoleh pendapatan tetapi tidak berbelanja sebanyak sebelum pandemik. Pemerhati menjangkakan bahawa pertumbuhan ekonomi, pekerjaan dan pendapatan perlu meningkat dengan lebih pesat dalam pemulihan pasca pandemik berbanding kadar pra-COVID. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Syarat-syarat tersebut cenderung bertepatan dengan kenaikan permintaan hartanah dan harga. Permintaan telah didorong oleh kadar faedah yang rendah, pengukuhan semula Kempen Pemilikan Rumah dan pelbagai inisiatif berkaitan hartanah lain yang diperkenalkan dalam Belanjawan 2021, termasuk Penjana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&ldquo;Kami meramalkan pasaran yang mantap pasca pandemik, di mana hartanah yang direka bentuk terbaik akan dijual dengan lebih cepat dan pada harga yang lebih tinggi.
