Real estate technology company Juwai IQI announced today that its IQI brand, which with more than 15,000 agents is the largest real estate network in Southeast Asia, has launched a new office in Milton, Ontario. The new office joins two existing Ontario offices in Mississauga and Cambridge.<\/p>\n

The grand opening on Sunday, 6 September 2020, will be attended by Adam Joseph van Koeverden, Member of Parliament for Milton and an Olympic Gold medalist. Van Koeverden is Canada’s Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Diversity and Inclusion and Youth and to the Minister of Canadian Heritage (Sport).<\/p>\n

In addition to the new office in Milton, IQI recently expanded into Singapore, India, Pakistan, and Phuket, Thailand. The real estate agent network also already operates in China, Malaysia, Australia, Cambodia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Yousaf Iqbal, Director of IQI Canada, said,<\/strong> “We are focused on the booming areas to the southwest of downtown Toronto, along the 401-Highway. These areas offer an excellent lifestyle, relatively affordable prices, dynamic economies, great schools, and proximity to the airport.
