Yuran Kelestarian (Sustainability Fee)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mulai 1 Januari 2026, Selangor turut memperkenalkan <strong>yuran kelestarian<\/strong> bagi semua jenis penginapan berbayar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Airbnb \/ Homestay:<\/strong> RM2.00 setiap malam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel 3 bintang:<\/strong> RM3.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel 4 bintang:<\/strong> RM5.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotel 5 bintang:<\/strong> RM7.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Walaupun jumlahnya kecil, ia memberi kesan kepada margin keuntungan dalam jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-peraturan-berdasarkan-jenis-geran-hartanah\"><strong>3.
