Perubahan ini terpakai sepenuhnya kepada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharian.com.my\/bisnes\/hartanah\/2025\/10\/1458050\/duti-setem-pembeli-hartanah-asing-naik-kepada-8-peratus-langkah\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">pemegang visa MM2H<\/a>, tanpa sebarang pengecualian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini bermakna pengiraan kos pelaburan perlu dikemas kini.
