TRX mengubah wajah Jalan Tun Razak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kini perhatian mula beralih kepada satu lagi projek berskala besar di Sungai Besi, iaitu <strong>Bandar Malaysia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projek ini sering dikaitkan dengan fasa pertumbuhan seterusnya Kuala Lumpur. Ia dirancang sebagai <strong>pembangunan bercampur berskala bandar<\/strong> yang menggabungkan beberapa komponen utama dalam satu ekosistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antara komponen yang dirancang termasuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pejabat korporat dan pusat kewangan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kediaman bertingkat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruang komersial dan runcit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hab pengangkutan bersepadu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taman awam dan ruang hijau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini penting kerana projek yang mampu menggerakkan ekonomi bandar <strong>bukan sekadar projek kediaman<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia perlu <strong>mencipta pekerjaan<\/strong>, <strong>menarik syarikat<\/strong>, dan mewujudkan aliran harian manusia yang konsisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-bukan-sekadar-bangunan-tetapi-ekosistem\"><strong>a) Bukan Sekadar Bangunan, Tetapi Ekosistem<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kita boleh bandingkan secara mudah.
