IQI has once again proven its excellence with an outstanding achievement this year, taking home 24 awards in total<\/strong> — surpassing last year’s record of 21.<\/p>\n\n\n

Among the highlights were the prestigious All Stars Award<\/strong>, Developer Preferred Award<\/strong>, Best Digital Marketing Award<\/strong>, and Best Technology Award<\/strong>, marking five consecutive years of remarkable success and innovation since 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n

Hosted by Star Media Group (SMG), a subsidiary of StarProperty, the event took place at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel<\/strong> on Tuesday, 11 November 2025<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening gathered hundreds of agents, negotiators, and industry leaders<\/strong> to celebrate excellence, dedication, and progress within Malaysia’s real estate sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
