The StarProperty Awards 2024 Realtor Edition<\/strong> made its grand return for the seventh time, celebrating the finest real estate professionals in Malaysia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IQI once again showcased its success by winning a remarkable total of 21 awards<\/strong>, including the esteemed All Stars Award<\/mark><\/a> <\/strong>for another consecutive year<\/mark><\/a>!  <\/p>\n\n\n

Hosted by Star Media Group (SMG), a subsidiary of StarProperty, the event took place at M Resort and Hotel<\/strong>, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, November 13th<\/sup> 2024<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The night brought together hundreds of agents, negotiators, and industry leaders to honor excellence and innovation in the real estate sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A standout moment of the evening was IQI’s achievement in securing the Developer Preferred Award (RM1 Billion and Above)<\/strong>, the Best Digital Marketing Award<\/strong>, and the Star Property Best Reader’s Choice (Top 3 Excellent)<\/strong>, among others, culminating in a total of 21 awards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, six IQI agents <\/strong>were individually recognised for their exceptional performance by receiving the Rising Star Awards<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n
